* Investing into the tour operator/wholesale model, offering advisors InteleTravel-packaged product with higher earning potential.

* Reacting to blended travel (bleisure), for the first time will offer its advisors education, tools and support for unmanaged business travel clients as well as lightly managed corporate clients. It has also initiated strategic ventures to offer leisure products and programs to business travel agencies and corporate travel departments.

* For the first time, offering inclusivity specialist certifications for LGBTQ+ travel, accessible travel and diversified niches.

* Increasing its commitments and capabilities in three strategic offshore logistics partnerships operating call centers and adding the Hickory365 service for administrative back office and accounting support.
